Title: Determination of Chlorogenic Acid in Alnus ferdinandi-coburgii by HPLC
Abstract: Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Alnus ferdinandi-coburgii.Methods: We applied highly effective liquid phase chromatography,with Venusil X BP-C18 column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) and mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid solution(8∶92)at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was set at 324 nm,and column temperature was 25 ℃.Results: There was good linearity in the range of 0.108 8-1.088 μg(r=0.999 9) of chlorogenic acid.The average recovery was 98.98%,RSD was 0.77%(n=6).Conclusion: The method above was simple,sensitive,accurate,reproducible,and could be applied in the measurement of chlorogenic acid in Alnus ferdinandi-coburgii.
