Title: Content Determination of Chlorogenic Acid in Gansu Granules by HPLC
Abstract: OBJECTIVE To establish the method for the content determination of Chlorogenic acid in Gansu granules. METHODS HPLC method was adopted. Chromatographic conditions were as follows: WondaSil C 18( 4. 6mm ×150mm,5μm) column was used with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid( 20∶ 80,V / V) at a flow rate of 1. 0mL·min- 1under a detection wavelength at 327nm. The column temperature was 25℃, the injection volume was 20μ L. RESULTS The concentration of chlorogenic acid was linear in the range of 8 ~ 126. 8μg· mL- 1( r = 0. 9997,n = 6) with an average recovery rate of 98. 6%,RSD = 0. 66%( n = 9). CONCLUSION A rapid,simple,accurate and reproducible method for the quality control of the preparation is established.
