Title: Study on Main Pharmacodynamics Related to Functions of Hexue Tongmai Particles
Abstract: Objective: To do the experimental study on the main pharmacodynamics of the Hexue Tongmai particles. Methods: Inject pituitrin into sublingual vein to establish the acute ischemic rats models. The raised up 1. 5mv J point, decreased T wave, biphasic T wave, inversed T wave elevated S-T Segment down 0. 5mv and arrhythmias were applied as myocardial ischemia indices to the study. Calculate the percentage of myocardial ischemia of each group. Observe the effect of the drug on the cardiac ischemia rat induced by pit. Inject ISO twice subcutaneously to make the model of rats with acute myocardial ischemia. Take the total migration of ST segment of different time points as indexes. Observe the effect of the drug on the cardiac ischemia rat induced by ISO. Inject the adrenaline hydrochloride injection 0. 8 mL / kg twice subcutaneously, stimulating the rats with ice water at the same time,in order to establish the rat model of blood stasis and to observe the effects of the drug on hemorheology of the rats. Detect TT,PT and APTT of the rats in plasma to observe the drug's anticoagulant function. Detect Fib content of the rats in plasma to observe the effects of the drug on the plasma fibrinolytic activity. Results: Hexue Tongmai particles can reduce the myocardial ischemia percentage of the rat induced by pit. The drug can significantly reduce the total migration of ST segment induced by isoprenaline. The drug can significantly reduce the viscosity of whole blood, serum viscosity, packed cell volume and erythrocyte electrophoresis time of the rat model of blood stasis. The drug can significantly prolong the TT,PT and APTT of the rats in plasma. The drug can also significantly reduce the Fib content of the rats in plasma. Conclusion: The low dose group [2. 7g (crude drug) /kg rats],middle dose group [5. 4g (crude drug) / kg rats],and high dose group [10. 8g (crude drug) / kg rats] of Hexue Tongmai particles have obvious protective effect on myocardial ischemia, invigoration and coagulation.
