Title: A comparative study of indirect portography DSA and three-dimensional reconstruction of light speed 16 multiple slice spiral-CT portography
Abstract: Objective:The features of indirect portography DSA and light speed 16 multiple slice spiral-CT portography(SCTP) in portography imaging were comparatively studied.Methods:40 patients with space occupying diseases of liver accompanied by cirrhosis were examined by indirect portography DSA and 3D-SCTP.Results:In various degrees of liver cirrhosis with portal 4~5 grade, the rate of SCTP(85%) was significantly higher than that by indirect portal vein DSA(16%),portal vein tumor thrombus showed the rate of indirect branch of portal vein DSA(41%) slightly higher than the SCTP(16%,32%),portal vein branch showed no difference to change the two kinds of methods(both 80%),but,the display rate of arteriovenous fistula indirect portal vein DSA(85%) were much higher than SCTP(27%) .Conclusion:This suggests that 3D-SCTP is helpful when the display of portal vein by conventional indirect portography DSA is not very clear.
