Title: Application of multi-slice CT portography in liver carcinoma
Abstract: Objective The aim was to evaluate the role of multi_slice CT portography in clinical.Methods Fifty seven cases which have been exanimated by MSCT portography were collected.In these cases,including hepatic cirrhosis patient 12 cases case,primary hepatic tumor 18 cases,metastatic hepatic tumor 21 cases,and the tumor outside liver which involved portal vein system 6 cases.We used MSCT portography for preoperative diagnosis and reconstructed with three methods.At same time,we analyzed these data before and after operation.Results Branches of 5~6 scale portal vein and anatomy types displayed clearly.In hepatic cirrhosis group,the portal vein became thicken,and portosystemic collaterals opened.For hepatic tumor,the branch of portal vein was wrapped,cut in and dislodged by tumor tissue.For tumor liver the subordinate branch of portal vein was packaged or infiltrated.All of imaging display was coordirated with the manifastation in surgery.Conclusion the multi_slice CT portography has important clinical value in diagnosis of primary and secondary liver carcinoma.
