Title: Microwave Assisted Extraction Technology of Total Flavonoids from Diospyros kaki Leaves
Abstract: The optimal conditions for the extraction of total flavonoids by the microwave-assisted technique from Diospyros kaki leaves were investigated in this paper. The influences of microwave power,extraction time and the ratio of solid-liquor on the extraction efficiency were also discussed by a single factor and an orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the greatest extraction rate of 6.15% could be obtained when microwave power was 420 W,ratio of solid to liquid 1∶25,alcohol concentration 65% and radiation time 2 min for each time at the normal pressure. The new technique has the advantages of faster extraction,lower energy consumption and higher leaching efficiency compared with the traditional circumfluence distillation and ultrasonic extraction methods.
