Title: Extraction of flavonoids from fresh sea buckthorn leaves by microwave-assisted extraction
Abstract: The flavonoids were extracted from fresh sea buckthorn leaves using microwave-assisted extraction.The effects of the solvent concentration,radiation time,microwave power and solid-liquid ratio on efficiency of extraction were investigated through single factor and orthogonal experiments.The optimal extraction conditions were obtained as followed: ethanol solution(volume ratio) 50%,microwave power 550 W,radiation time 5 min and solid-liquid ratio 1∶ 40,Compared with Soxhlet extraction,the method has some advantages such as saving time,less solvent consumption and high yield extraction.
