Title: The Empirical Study of FuFang ChuBi Decoction on Rheumatoid Arthritis
Abstract: Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect and mechanism of FuFang ChuBi decoction on RA.Methods: 76 SD rats were randomly divided into six groups,besides the control group the left rats were adjuvant arthritis model.Rats were in 30 minutes before inflammatory and 8 hours,22 hours,32 hours,46 hours and 56 hours before and after inflammation respectively ig 1 time.The normal group and model group were given distilled water 20 mL/kg orally,the positive group were given Tripterygium glycosides tablet 40 mg/kg orally.And large,medium and low-dose group were given FuFangChuBi decoction 16 g/kg,8 g/kg and 4 g/kg.After 17 days,to observe the withdrawal of secondary lesions.In the 17 day oral administration to continue,1 time/d,dose as above.Every 2 days observed secondary lesions and recorded arthritis index.Inflamed rats were killed in the 28 days,and the blood was separated and retained in-20℃.To test the serum TNF-α,IL-1β levels.Results:Compared with model group,arthritis index of large dose of FuFan ChuBi decoction group had no difference except the 4th day after treatment(P0.05);In addition to the 6th day after treatment, arthritis index of middle dose of FuFang ChuBi decoction was significantly lower than the model group(P0.01);In the course of treatment,arthritis index of small dose of FuFang ChuBi decoction was significantly lower than model group(P0.01).Compared with the model group,serum level of TNF-α of positive control group and large,middle and small dose of FuFang ChuBi decoction were significantly decreased(P0.01);serum level of IL-1β of positive control group and large,middle and small dose of FuFang ChuBi decoction were significantly decreased(P0.01).Conclusion:FuFang ChuBi decoction could inhibit the arthritis index of RA model rats;it could reduce serum levels of TNF-α,IL-1β of RA model rats.In a word,FuFang ChuBi decoction had a certain therapeutic effect on rheumatoid arthritis model rats.
