Title: SERUM TUMOR MARKERS IN THE DIAGNOSIS OF LUNG CANCER
Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical value of carcinoma antigen(CEA) embryo, sugar antigen 125(CA125),nerve specificity enzyme(NSE) and cell keratin footage(19 CYFRA21-1) test in lung cancer diagnosis. Methods The positive expressions of serum CA125,CEA,NSE and CYFRA21-1 in 92 cases of lung cancer and 60 cases of pulmonary benign disease were detected by electrochemiluminescence. Results The positive rates of tumor markers in patients with lung cancer were obviously higher than those of the control group(P0.01).The expressions of CEA in lung adenocarcinoma,NSE of in small cell lung cancer,CYFRA21-1 in lung squamous cell carcinoma showed the highest positive rate(P0.01).The joint test could improve the detection rate to 88.8%,significantly higher than the sensitivity of each single tumor markers(P0.05).Conclusion The combined tumor markers detection can improve the detection of lung cancer positive rate.
