Title: Diagnostic value of combined detection in serum tumor makers for hung cancer
Abstract: Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of combined detection in serum NSE,CYFRA21-1 and CA199 levels for lung cancer. Methods:Technique of electrochemiluminescence immunoassay was used to measure the serum NSE,CYFRA21-1 and CA199 levels in 125 patients with lung cancer,80 patients with benign lung diseases and 80 normal controls. Results:The levels of NSE,CYFRA21-1 and CA199 in lung cancer group were significantly higher than those in benign lung diseases and normal control groups(P0.05).NSE in small cell lung cancer was highly expressed in squamous cell, significantly higher than squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma(P0.01);CYFRA21-1 level were significantly higher in squamous cell carcinoma and small cell lung cancer(P0.01),CA19-9 levels in adenocarcinoma was significantly higher than other types of lung cancer(P0.01).Three tumor markers positive rate as high as 84.8% in combined detection, higher than the single test.Conchusion:Three tumor markers of combined detection for lung cancer can improve the sensitivity and accuracy, provide the basis for the differential diagnosis in pathological type of lung cancer.
