Abstract:Objective To study the establishment of myocardial infarction model and hemodynamic examination in rats.Methods Sixty rats were randomly divided into 2 groups:model group received the ligation of left...Objective To study the establishment of myocardial infarction model and hemodynamic examination in rats.Methods Sixty rats were randomly divided into 2 groups:model group received the ligation of left anterior descending artery,while sham group accepted sham operation.Hemodynamics and cardiac histopathology were detected 2 weeks post operation.Results Left ventricular systolic pressure(LVSP) and maximal rise and decline velocity of left ventricular pressure decreased(P0.01 or 0.05),but left ventricular end diastolic pressure(LVEDP) increased(P0.01) in model group compared with sham group.HE and Masson stain showed there existed the myocardial infarction only in model group,with the achievement rate being 100%.Conclusion The ligation of left anterior descending artery is simple and feasible in the establishment of myocardial infarction model.Read More
