Title: Mycelium Physiological Property of Pleurotus eryngii
Abstract: The mycelium physiological property of Pleurotus eryngii(DC.ex Fr.) Quel was studied in this paper. The results showed that the suitable carbon sources for the mycelium growth of the P.eryngii were some monosaccharide(i.e.fructose,maltose and glucose),the optimism was fructose, and yet polysaccharides organic acids and mannitol grew slowly;the appreciate nitrogen sources were powdery yeast, beef extract, corn steep liquor, peptone and bean cake powder, the optimism was powdery yeast, but P.eryngii had a low ability of using urea,NH4Cl,and NaNO3,and NaNO2 can hardly be used.In the use of inorganic salts, adding MgSO4 and KH2PO4 into medium could promote the mycelium growth, and ZnSO4,however,inhabited the spread of mycelium.
