Title: Research on liver metastasis predictor to colorectal cancer radical surgery
Abstract: Objective To analyze the liver metastasis predictor factor of the colorectal cancer radical surgery. Methods The clinical data of 158 patients with colorectal cancer selected from September 2010 to June 2013 in our hospital for treatment were retrospectively analyzed. The tumor cell types, with and without lymph node metastasis, and the relationship between the colon wall,CEA levels, liver metastasis to bone marrow micrometastases cancer cells with radical surgery were analyzed with single factor and the relationship between Logistic multifactor regression analysis.Results(1) There were 48 cases(30.38%) with liver metastasis in this study, the number of patients and the proportion of the patients on the first year, second years after the eradicative resection of liver metastases, third years respectively were 17 cases(10.76%),24 cases(15.19%),7 cases(4.43%).(2) Single factor analysis results: lymph node metastasis, elevated CEA levels and bone marrow micrometastasis cell positive patients with and without lymph node metastasis,CEA levels were normal bone marrow micrometastases in negative more radical surgery in patients with liver metastasis were significantly higher, the differences were statistical significance(P 0.05).(3) The Logisitc multifactor regression analysis results: bone marrow micrometastasis of colorectal cancer radical surgery was the independent risk factors for the development of liver metastasis(P 0.05).Conclusion In order to be able to make the liver metastasis early found that for bone marrow micrometastases in patients with colorectal cancer radical follow-up has the vital significance.
