Title: Clinical Evaluation of Edaravone Combined with Sodium Ozagrel on Treating Progressive Cerebral Infarction
Abstract: Objective:To observe the curative effects of Edaravone combined with Sodium ozagrel on treating progressive cerebral infarction(PCI).Methods:120 patients with PCI were randomly divided into two groups.Treatment group(60 patients) was treated with Edaravone 30 mg iv dirp bid for 14 days,and Sodium ozagrel 80mg iv drip bid for 14 days.Control group(60 patients)was treated with Sodium ozagrel only,whose usage was the same as that of treatment group.Therapeutic effect was evaluated by clinical efficacy.Results:The total effective rate(88.3%)of the treatment group was obviously higher than that of the control group(70%).Conclusion:Treatment of Edaravone combined with Sodium ozagrel can safely improve the symptom of PCI patients.
