Title: Expression and clinical significance of survivin,MMP-2,and HSP70 in thyroid papillary cancer
Abstract: Objective To detect by flow cytometry the expression of survivin,MMP-2,and HSP70 in thyroid papillary cancer to investigate the effect of polygene in development of thyroid papillary cancer. Methods Twenty-five thyroid papillary carcinoma patients, 36 such patients with lymphy node metastasis, and 11 normal thyroid tissue specimens were studied. The relative amount were detected by flow cytometry. Results The expression of each polygene was different in normal tissue, thyroid papillary carcinoma group and lymph node metastasis group, with a significant difference. Conclusions The expressions of survivin,MMP-2,and HSP70 have separately significant difference in normal tissue, thyroid papillary carcinoma group and lymph node metastasis group.Their contents increase regularly with inereasing malignancy.HSP70 and survivin have high effect on tumor development.
