Title: Diagnosis value of serum CA199, CA125 and AFP levels in cervical cancer
Abstract: Objective To investigate the serum AFP, CA125 and CA199 combined detection of cervical cancer. Methods321 cases of patients with cervical malignant tumors were selected as malignant tumor group,225 cases with benign lesions as benign lesions group, 206 cases of healthy people as control group. Serum levels of AFP, CA125 and CA199 were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results Serum levels of AFP, CA125 and CA199 were higher than those of benign lesions group and normal group(P 0.05). The sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of diagnosis using the combination of AFP, CEA and CA119 were 67.25%, 84.43% and 78.92%,respectively, and were higher than the results of the detection using a single index(P 0.05). Conclusion The combined detection of serum levels of AFP,CA125 and CA199 can improve the diagnostic performance of cervical cancer.
