Title: Study on Cellulase Prduction by the Fermentation of Corn Straw Stalk Using Aspergillus niger
Abstract: In the paper, using Aspergillus niger to ferment corn straw stalk,we studied the celluse content and nutrional ingredient of corn straw stalk on different additions. The results showed that material to water proportion 1∶1.8,potassium phospate monobasic 0.25%,ammonium sulphate 1.00%~1.25% and sucrose 0.50% is appropriate for the fermentation. The product of fermented corn straw stalk,in which CMCase,FPase was separately maximal;crude protein content increased 1.2 multiples;coarse fiber content,NDF content,ADF content separately decreased 35%、19% and 22%;using CMCase,FPase to evaluate the ability that Aspergillus niger produced cellulose was feasible. In all the tests, the conclusions from CMCase,FPase were accordant, but in FPase, operating procedure was simpler, cost was lower and the precision was higher than those in CMCase.
