Title: The clinical effects of glutathione auxiliary in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis
Abstract: Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of glutathione auxiliary in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis. Methods 120 patients with chronic hepatitis B fibrosis according to the order of admission were equally divided into the treatment group and the control group, each group in 60 cases, all cases were received conventional drug therapy, and the control group were given the Kushenjian for treating, the treatment group were received glutathione tablets therapy, the treatment cycles were a month. Results The effective rate in the treatment group was 96.7% and higher than 80.0% in the control group(P 0.05). The serum ALT and AST levels before treatment between the two groups had not statistically significant, and these values were significantly decreased after treatment while inter-group comparison was statistically significant differences(P 0.05). Conclusion Glutathione auxiliary in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis can improve the prognosis of liver function that should be widely applied.
