Title: Application observation of Danhong injection in coronary heart disease unstable angina
Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical effect of Danhong injection in the treatment of coronary heart disease unstable angina. Methods One hundred patients with coronary heart disease unstable angina admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to December 2013 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. Both groups received conventional treatment,on the basis of which the control group was given additional nitroglycerin injection and the observation group was given Danhong injection. The clinical efficacy and pre-treatment and post-treatment hemorheological parameters and endothelial function improvement conditions of the two groups were compared. Results The observation group had significantly higher total effective rate than the control group(P 0.05). After treatment, the observation group had significantly better improvement degrees in plasma viscosity, fibrinogen, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, hematocrit and other hemorheological parameters than the control group(P 0.05) and significantly better improvement degree in FMD,NO and ET-1 levels than the control group, with statistically significant differences(P 0.05). Conclusion Danhong injection shows significant efficacy in the treatment of coronary heart disease unstable angina and can effectively improve the patients' hemorheological parameters and endothelial function, thereby worthy of clinical promotion and application.
