Title: Clinical efficacy of stellate ganglion needle -knife touch -activation in treatment of cervical vertigo
Abstract: Objective To study the efficacy of the stellate ganglion needle-knife touch-activation in the treatment of cervical vertigo. Methods Ninety patients with cervical vertigo meeting the inclusive requirments received stellate ganglion needle-knife touch-activation surgery.The patient' s conditions were evaluated before and after each treatment;The clinical efficacy was evaluted at last. Results After the needle-knife treatment,65 patients were cured,14 patients were remarkbly effective,9 patients improved and 2 patients were ineffective,with a cure rate of 72.2% and a total effective rate of 97.8%. Conclusion In the treatment of cervical vertigo,the stellate ganglion needle-knife touch-activation has the advantages such as simple operation, small trauma,few complications,safety,remarkable efficacy and fast recovery.
