Title: A study on risk factors and coronary lesions characteristics of 155 cases of coronary heart disease
Abstract: Objective To approach the risk factors and coronary lesions characteristics of coronary heart disease(CHD),and the relationship between the risk factors and the severity of coronary artery lesions. Methods A total of 155 patients with known CHD underwent coronary angiography(CAG) from Jan.2002 to Dec.2004 were retrospectively analyzed. The risk factors were investigated, comparing coronary lesions characteristics between high risk group and low risk group. Results Positive rate of CAG was 83.9%,with 100% of patients who had myocardial infarction and 77.3% of angina pectoris patients. The first structural blood vessel was LAD,and the second RCA and LCX.78.1% of 155 patients was male,ages≥60 years 70.3%.Patients with hypertension, hyperlipidemia, smoking and diabetes was 54.8%,47.7%,(25.8%)and 23.9%,respectively.3-vessels lesion and complete coronary artery occlusion in high risk group were significantly higher than those in low risk group, and there were significant differences among them(P0.05).Conclusion Specificity of CAG in diagnosing CHD is high.Sex,advanced age, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, smoking, diabetes were all risk factors of CHD.Multivariate factors resulted in CHD.The more risk factors were, the more serious the coronary arterystenosis and higher incidence rate of CHD.
