Title: the Clinical Significance of Elderly Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction Detection BNP, D–D and CRP Levels
Abstract: Objective Investigate the senile patients with urine in the serum b-type natriuretic peptide(BNP),D-dimers,hypersensitivity(D-D) changes in the level of c-reactive protein(CRP levels),and its significance in disease.Methods Choose 106 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients and 70 healthy check-up,the determination of serum BNP,D-D,level of CRP levels,and compares the result of the different area of infarction patients.Results Large infarction group is higher than the small area of infarction group.Conclusion BNP in patients with acute cerebral infarction,D-D,different elevated CRP levels,for the development of acute cerebral infarction disease that has important clinical significance.
