Title: Relevant factors of anxiety of nurses working in department of infectious diseases
Abstract: Objective To survey relevant factors of anxiety of nurses working in department of infectious diseases.Methods Selected 200 nurses working in department of infectious diseases and 200 nurses working in general depart ments,anxiety,relevant factors,coping style,social support were surveyed.Results Anxiety degree of nurses working in department of infectious diseases was higher than who were working in general departments(P 0.01).Age,standard of culture,years of working,social support,marital status were negatively correlative with anxiety,fertility showed positive correlation with anxiety(P 0.05 or P 0.01).Solving the problem,seeking help,rationalization showed negative correlation with anxiety(P 0.01).Conclusion Anxiety degree of nurses working in department of infectious diseases was higher than who were working in general departments.Age,standard of culture,years of working,social support,marital status,positive coping style are negatively correlative with anxiety,fertility showes positive correlation with anxiety.
