Methods Immunohistochemical S-P method was used to study 30 osteosarcoma tissues (OST) and 15 normal osseous tissues(NOT). Results The positive immunostaining rate in NOT was 20% (3/15) ,in which weak, and strong positive were 1,2 respective-ly; the positive immunostaining rate in OST was 70% (21/30),in which weak, moderate and strong positive were 11,6,4 re-spectively. Comparing the staining rate and intensity of NOT and OST,respectively. There were significant differences ( P 0. 05). Conclusions Abnormality of apoptosis is one of genesis of osteosarcoma.Read More
