Title: The Contrastive Analysis between Laparoscopic Appendectomy and Open Appendectomy
Abstract: Objective To explore short-term effect of gastric ulcer perforation in patients undergoing laparoscopic repair.Methods All 100 cases gastric ulcer perforation in patients with clinical data were collected,of which options laparoscopic perforation repair 58 cases of the establishment of the laparoscopic group,traditional open gastric ulcer repair in 42 cases to establish the laparotomy group,two groups were compared operative time,blood loss,postoperative ambulation time,postoperative pain and complications rates,length of stay and other indicators of the differences observed.Results Compared with laparotomy,laparoscopic group's surgery time,less blood loss in the laparotomy group,postoperative ambulation time and hospital stay were shorter than the laparotomy group,postoperative analgesia after laparoscopic group to take ratio was lower than the laparotomy group,laparoscopic surgery with no complications occurred,the complication rate was significantly lower than the open appendectomy group,the differences were significant(P0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic repair of gastric ulcer surgery is more effective than open surgery,with shorter operative time,less blood loss,faster recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients,postoperative pain,shorter hospital stay low level,fewer complications,etc,and it should be promoted and applied.
