Title: Clinical study of laparoscopic gastric ulcer perforation repair
Abstract: Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic gastric ulcer perforation repair. Methods Ninety cases of gastric ulcer perforation treated in our hospital from June 2010 to June 2011 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 45 patients in each group. The observation group was given laparoscopic gastric duodenal ulcer perforation repair and control group was given traditional open surgery. The operative time, blood loss, postoperative ambulation time and hospital stay were recorded, ulcer healing rates, the incidence of long-term complications and 1-year ulcer recurrence rate were observed between two groups. Results The mean operative time, postoperative ambulation time and hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, blood loss was less than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(all P0.05).The ulcer healing rate of observation group was 96%,which was higher than 91% of control group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P0.05).The long-term complication rate of observation group was 7%,which was significantly lower than 27% of the control group(P0.05).All patients were followed up for 1 year, the ulcer recurrence rate of observation group was 2%,which was less than 11% of the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic gastric ulcer perforation repair has better clinical efficacy, less blood loss and surgical trauma, short operative time and hospital stay, fast recovery, and low postoperative complication rate and recurrence rate.It is worthy of clinical application.
