Title: Clinical Observation of 69 Cases of Laparoscopic Hysterectomy
Abstract: Objective To evaluate the safety and superiority of the laparoscopic hysterectomy. Methods 138 patients who need to take the hysterectomy were divided randomly into laparoscopic group(A group n=69) and laparotomy group(B group n=69).The operation time, blood loss during operation, postoperative recovery of bowel function, the length of stay in hospital and the complications of patients were compared between the two groups. Results The average operation time of patients in the laparoscopic group was a little longer than that in the laparotomy group, but there was no statistically significant difference(P0.05).The blood loss during operation, the incidence rate of postoperative complications, postoperative anal exhaust time and the length of stay in hospital of patients were significantly better in laparoscopic group than those in the laparotomy group, and there was a statistically significant difference(P0.01).Conclusions Laparoscopic hysterectomy has many advantages such as: small damage,a small abdominal incision, low incidence of intraoperative and postoperative complications, quick recovery, short hospital stay, etc. Therefore,it is an ideal, safe and reliable way of operation, and deserves clinical application.
