Title: Primary Diagnosis Value of Ultrasonic Elastography Strain Ratio for Differentiating Breast Solid Lesions
Abstract: Objective To investigate diagnosis value of ultrasonic elastography strain ratio measure method for differentiating benign and malignant breast solid lesions. Methods Ninety-five patients with 122 lesions(72 benign,50 malignant)were included in the study. The elastography strain ratio of the lesions could be automatically measured by ultrasonic machine, and simultaneously the lesions were scored with two-dimensional ultrasound(2D-US)scoring method and ultrasonic elastography respectively, and then the three methods were contrasted with pathological diagnosis. Results The accuracy of elastography strain ratio method, improved 5-scoring system in ultrasonic elastography and 2D-US scoring method were 89.3%,86.7%,86.1%,the specificity were 83.3%,81.9%,77.8%,and the sensitivity were 98%,94%,98%,respectively.The accuracy of elastography strain ratio measure method was higher than those of ultrasonic elestography and 2D-US scoring method(P0.05).Conclusion Elastography strain ratio has higher diagnosis value for differentiating breast benign and malignant solid lesions, providing more objective diagnosis basis for UE.
