Title: The Value of Color Doppler Ultrasonography for Assessing Liver Transplantation by Examing Hemodynamic Changes of Hepatic Artery Perfusion
Abstract: Objective To evaluate the value of color doppler ultrasonography for assessing liver transplantation and early diagnosis of complication by examing hemodynamic changes of hepatic artery perfusion. Methods Thirty-eight cases subject to orthotopic liver transplantation were examined by CDUS and following results were obtained, including peak systolic velocity(PS),resistance index(RI),volume flow(VF),Doppler perfusion index(DPI)of the hepatic artery, hepatic artery acceleration(HAAC),systolic acceleration time(SAT).Results (1)In the patients without obvious complication,PS,VF,DPI of HA decreased but RI rised as compared with those in control group(P0.05)15 days after operation.(2)When the hepatic artery stenosis occurred,PS40 cm/s,RI0.5,SAT0.08 s,HAAC300 cm/s.(3)While the livers of transplantation were rejected,PS,VF,DPI of HA decreased,RI increased,SAT increased,HAAC increased. Conclusion CDUS has an important value in the diagnosis of hepatic artery complications following liver transplantation.
