Title: Hemodynamic study of Orthotopic liver transplantation by Color Doppler ultrasound
Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in Hemodynamics after orthotopic liver transplantation. Methods: To examine the peak velocity of hepatic artery (HAmax), the mean velocity of portal vein (PVmean), the mean velocity of hepatic vein (HVmean) in 6 patients with orthotopic liver transplantation, and 30 healthy persons as control by CDI. Results: HAmax after operation is lower than that of normal persons within 7 days; HVmean is higher than that of normal controls within 7 days and gradually be normal in two weeks. Conclusions: We conclude that CDI as a means of monitoring for blood perfuxion after operation has a significant meaning.
