Abstract:Objective:The blood serum, ascites CA125 content of ovarian cancer patient and trough abdominal cavity tuberculosis patient, discuss the value of blood serum CA125, ascites CA125 in both differential ...Objective:The blood serum, ascites CA125 content of ovarian cancer patient and trough abdominal cavity tuberculosis patient, discuss the value of blood serum CA125, ascites CA125 in both differential diagnosis.Methods:Collect patient's ascites, the blood serum specimen that all conform to the condition, unite the immunity adsorption law with the enzyme (ELISA) to examine in the ascites and the blood serum the CA125 content.Results:Epidermis ovarian cancer 76 examples, blood serum CA125 (523.66±158.02) U/ml, were detected through abdominal cavity tuberculosis 15 examples, blood serum CA125 (486.56±147.10) U/ml, both no remarkable difference (P0.05); Epidermis ovarian cancer ascites' CA125 (996.85±337.87) U/ml, abdominal cavity tuberculosis ascites' CA125 (596.78±197.10) U/ml, both had unusual significance difference (P0.01); The sensitivity of both union diagnosis was 76.67%, the peculiarity was 66.67%.Conclusion:The elevation of ascites CA125 is helpful to the ovary cancerous ascites diagnosis, union examination to blood serum CA125 and ascites CA125 may provide the basis for the ovarian cancer and abdominal cavity tuberculosis differential diagnosis.Read More
