Took the morning fasting venous blood used immunoassay and chemiluminescence. To test ferritin and CA125 levels, compared with serum and ascites' ferritin and CA125 levels, and result of serum, ascites ferritinand CA125 diagnosis.【Results】The malignant ascites group's ascites and serum ferritin level, ascites/serum ratio were significantly higher than benign ascites group; the malignant ascites group's ascites and serum CA125 level, ascites/serum ratio were significantly higher than benign ascites group. Difference were statistically significant(all P 0.05). Combined detection's sensitivity and accuracy was the best, in which the serum's sensitivity was 75.7% and accuracy was 82.3%. Ascites sensitivity was 89.0% and accuracy was 91.3%. 【Conclusions】Ferritin and CA125 combine detection for differentiating benign and malignant ascites has great value.Worthy of recommended for clinical applications.Read More
