Title: Description of one new species of {\sl Xestocephalus} (Hemiptera: Cicadellidae: Euscellinae) from China
Abstract: This paper deals with one new species of the genus Xestocephalus Van Duzee: X. pianmaensis, sp. nov. All the type specimens are deposited in the Institute of Entomology, Guizhou University. Xestocephalus pianmaensis, sp. nov. (Figs. 1~5) Length (incl. Teg.): ♂4.0 mm,♀4.1 mm. This new species is similar to Xestocephalus japonicus Ishihara in appearance and colour pattern, but can be distinguished from the latter by the followings characterstics: 1) forewing with clear black streak; 2) base of aedeagus without spine; 3) the apex of style with teeth. Holotype: ♂, Pianma (26 05'N, 98 40'E), Yunnan Province, 17-Ⅷ-2000, coll. LI Zi-zhong; Paratype: 1♀, same data as holotype.
