Title: Changes of Homocysteine and Blood Lipid in the Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction and Their Correlation
Abstract: Objective To investigate the changes of homocysteine( Hcy) and blood lipid in patients with acute cerebral infarction and their correlation. Methods 116 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected as study group in our hospital in 2012,at the same time,102 healthy cases undergoing physical examination in our hospital were selected as control group. The cubital vein blood were distilled in the two groups, thereinto patients of study group distilled fasting vein blood at the next morning( 24 h inside) after admission, the cases of control group distilled fasting vein blood at the examination day morning. Levels of Hcy and blood lipid were detected. Results The levels of serum Hcy,TG,TC,LDL- C,very low density lipoprotein( VLDL),lipoprotein a 〔Lp( a) 〕 of study group were higher than those of control group( P 0. 05); The levels of HDL- C,apolipoprotein A( ApoA) were lower than those of control group( P 0. 05); The level of Hcy had negative correlation with HDL- C and ApoA( r =- 0. 184,- 0. 316,P 0. 05). Conclusion High Hcy and dyslipidemia are closely related to acute cerebral infarction, increasing of Hcy may be related to reducing of HDL- C and ApoA,detecting the above indicators have great significances for the prevention and treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
