Title: The Expression and Significance of Hcy,hs-CRP,Blood Lipid Levels in Different Age Stages of Acute Cerebral Infarction
Abstract: Objective:To analyze the expression and significance of Hcy,hs-CRP,blood lipid levels in different age of acute cerebral infarction.Method:270 patients with acute cerebral infarction from April 2010 to May 2013 in our hospital were selected, they were divided of the young group for 40 cases, the middle-aged group for 105 cases, the elderly group for 125 cases according to age.And 50 healthy subjects were selected as the healthy control group, the Hcy,hs-CRP,blood lipid levels were detected, and analyzed the correlation.Result:The middle-aged group compared with elderly group in Hcy,hs-CRP,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,and the young group compared with the healthy control group in Hcy,hs-CRP,HDL-C,the differences were statistically significant(P0.01).The Hcy,hs-CRP,HDL-C positive rate in the three groups were significantly higher,LDL-C detection rate in the elderly group was the highest, the differences were statistically significant(P0.01).Different age patients with acute cerebral infarction between TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C were positively correlated, negatively related to HDL-C and hs-CRP,between hs-CRP and Hcy in serum had no obvious correlation. Conclusion:High Hcy is a typical independent risk factors of patients with acute cerebral infarction, can be used as an important reference index for monitoring clinical patients, auxiliary clinical diagnosis.
