Title: Effects of early enteral nutrition combined with probiotics on nutritional status of critically ill patients with respiratory disease
Abstract: Objective To discuss the effects of nutritional status of critically ill patients with respiratory disease by early enteral nutrition combined with probiotics.Methods 80 patients were randomly into Study group with 40 cases and Control group with 40 cases.Two groups were both treated with enteral nutrition,Fresubin pumped following nasal feeding.Based on that,Study group was given probiotics by nasal feeding half-hour before enteral nutrition in patients.Results The adverse reaction rate of Study group was significantly lower than that of Control group(P0.05),the average time of achieving enteral nutrition goals of Study group was significantly faster than that of Control group(P0.05).Conclusion The method of early enteral nutrition combined with probiotics can improve the acceptance and absorption rate with nutrition of patients' gastrointestinal tract,which can reduce the anguish and improve the clinical effects.
