Title: Comparison of the Extrafcts from the Leaves of Pistacia weinmannifolia and Pistacia chinensie Bunge
Abstract: In this article, the volatile oil form Pistacia weinmannifolia's and Pistacia chinensis Bunge leaves were obtained by steam distillation then their chemical constituents were analyzed by GC-MS.After that, their biological activities were screened with microbiological method and Alamar Blue method. With the analysis of the constituents,28 compounds were identified from the leaves of Pistacia weinmannifolia's,showing 99.54% of the total contents, while from the leaves of Pistacia chinensis Bunge 58 compounds were identified, showing 83.17% of the total contents. They both contained many kinds of penoids. The main substances in volatile oil from the leaves of Pistacia weinmannifolia were aromatic hydrocarbons and terpinene compounds, whose percentage were 95.2%.As for Pistacia chinensis Bunge, the hydrocarbons and hydrocarbons were the most abundant, accounting for 74.2%.
