Title: Optimization of Processing Parameters for Microwave-assisted Extraction of General Flavonoids in Rose by Response Surface Method
Abstract: Processing parameters microwave-assisted extraction of general flavonoids in rose were optimized by the response surface method.Results showed that the optimum parameters are as follows: ethanol concentration 50 %(volume ratio),time 31 s,ratio of solution-solid 20:1(mL/g).On these conditions,the theoretic extraction rate is 0.903 11 %,and the practical extraction rate is 0.897 02 %.
