Title: THE STUDY OF RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN INSULIN RESISTANCE DYSLIPIDEMIA AND FATTY LIVER IN PATIENTS WITH TYPE 2 DIABETES MELLITUS
Abstract: Objective To study and analyse the relationship between insulin resistance, dyslipidemia and fatty liver in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods 104 cases of patients with T2DM were divided into the fatty liver group and non-fatty liver group. The difference between two groups in terms of triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein(LDL),high density lipoprotein(HDL),fasting blood Glucose(FBG),fasting blood insulin(FINS),the body mass index(BMI)and HOMA-IR were analyzed here. Results There was significant difference between two groups in terms of TG、LDL、FINS、BMI and HOMA-IR(P0.05).Conclusion The fatty liver in T2DM is significantly related to dyslipidemia and insulin resistance.Reducing the insulin resistance, proventing high insulin and normal lipid metabolism play an important role in preventing fatty liver.
