Title: The clinical analysis of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with fatty liver
Abstract: Objective To explore the relationship between fatty liver and insulin resistance,and BMI in type 2 diabetes mellitus.Method The investigation was conducted by virtue of case-control study,that is ,one group was made of type 2 diabetes patients with fatty liver,and the other one consisted of type 2 diabetes patients without fatty liver as control group.BMI,serum lipids,fasting and 2-hour postprandial serum glucose,HOMA-IR,were measured in all the patients.Result Body weight,BMI,diastolic blood pressure,2-hour postprandial serum glucose,serum cholesterol,serum triglceride,and HOMA-IR were higher in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with fatty liver group than control group.Conclusion TC,TG,HOMA-IR,BMI and LDL are connected with the diabetes mellitus with fatty liver,and what's more,body weight and 2-hour postprandial serum glucose are the risk factors of fatty liver.
