Title: Influence of Ball Milling Parameters on Ti-Mg Alloy Prepared by Mechanical Alloying
Abstract: The effects of ball milling parameters such as milling time, raw material ratio on the Ti-Mg alloy prepared by mechanical alloying were studied. The XRD is used to character the samples of Ti-Mg mechanical alloying, and establish the quantitative relationship between the crystal lattice constant variety of Ti and the diffraction intensity of Ti under the different milling conditions. The results show that, with the increase of milling speed, milling time and the ratio of raw material, the intensity of X-ray diffraction and width of diffraction peak of Ti-Mg alloy increase.
