Title: Research on Mechanical Alloying of Ti-Ni Powder
Abstract: Ti-Ni alloy was prepared by mechanical alloying.The phase composition of powder was studied by X-ray diffraction.The characteristic temperature of powder in thermal response was researched by differential temperature analysis(DTA).And then,heat treatment of the powder was carried out;the alloy phase composition was studied.The distribution of particle size of the milled powder was observed by metallographic microscope.The microstructure change of the milled powder was observed and analyzed by SEM.The results show that: in ball milling early,the morphology of the powder shows as a lamellar microstructure.As the ball grinding process,the element distribution is uniform and a balance occurs between the cold welding and the fracture.The amorphous obtained by the end of ball milling.
