Title: The Comparative Efficacy of Laparoscopic and Traditional Open Repair in the Treatment of Gastric Ulcer Perforation
Abstract: Objective To further investigate and compare the actual clinical efficacy of laparoscopic and traditional open repair in the treatment of gastroduodenal ulcer perforation.Methods 71 hospitalized patients with gastric ulcer perforation in our hospital from March 2008 to February 2012 were chosen as the research object.The clinical data of the patients was taken for retrospective analysis.The clinical indicators after the implementation of the different treatment methods were taken for comparative study.Results After the implementation of different surgeries,the surgery time in the laparoscopic patients was shorter than that of the traditional laparotomy patients,the blood loss in the laparoscopic group was less than that of the traditional open surgery group,gastrointestinal functional recovery time in laparoscopic group was earlier than that of the traditional open group,the hospital stay was shorter than that of the laparoscopic group and the wound infection rate in the laparoscopic group was lower than that of the traditional open surgery group,compared between the two groups(P0.05),there was statistically significant difference.Conclusion In the clinical practice of complement in the treatment of gastric ulcer perforation,the clinical effect of laparoscopic technique was significant.
