Title: Talking about the Relationship between Customer's Satisfaction and Customer's Loyalty
Abstract: As regard to the link between customer's satisfaction and customer's loyalty,there is a dispute in the academic circles.Based on the analysis on the existing theories,this paper selects three typical service trades to make comparison and analysis in three levels of the macroscopic factors,trade factors and enterprise factors,and reveals the relationship between customer's satisfaction and customer's loyalty.
