Title: Effect of CaCl_2 Combining with B_9 on the Fresh Preservationg of Cut Carnation Flowers
Abstract: In this paper,the effect of different content of CaCl2 mixing with B9 for the fresh preservation of cut carnation flower was studied.The results showed that combining CaCl2 with B9 could make cut carnation flowers stand firm,defer blue-change,and extend the stage of viewing and admiring.Moreover,they also had many physiological effects such as holding cut flower fresh weight,defending the stabilization of cell membrane penetration,reducing the speed of decomposition in anthocyanin and chlorophyll and so on.Through integrative evaluation of several observation indexes,the best treatment was 0.05 g/L CaCl2 and 500 mg/L B9.
