Title: Clinical Research of Rehabilitation on Post-Stroke Dysphagia
Abstract: Objective To discover the clinical effect on post-stroke dysphagia treated with acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy.Methods 128 cases of post-stroke dysphagia were randomized into control group(35 cases)and treatment group(93 cases).In control group,rehabilitation therapy was used.In treatment group,acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy were applied in combination.It was to observe the clinical efficacy,grades of dysphagia before and after treatment and scales in two groups.Results The total effective rate was 67.8% in control group and was 94.4% in treatment group,indicating significant difference in comparison(P0.01).Significant difference in dysphagia was obtained before and after treatment in two groups(P0.01).The grade of dysphagia in treatment group after treatment was superior apparently to that in control group(P0.01).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with modern rehabilitation therapy promotes the recovery of post-stroke dysphagia apparently and aims to improve swallowing function in patients.
