Title: Effect observation of ulinastatin combined with octreotide treating severe acute pancreatitis
Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of ulinastatin combined with octreotide acetate treating severe acute pancreatitis(SAP). Methods 146 patients with SAP were divided into the two groups according to the random number table method, and there were 73 cases in each group. The control group was given octreotide acetate, the observation group was given ulinastatin on the basis of the control group. The effect of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group(95.89%) was significantly higher than that in control group(83.56%0(χ2=4.6953,P0.05);serum inflammatory factors(CRP,TNF- α,IL-6,IL-10)level in the observation group after treatment were decreased significantly compared with the control group(all P0.05),the time of gastrointestinal decompression, blood amylase returning to normal, abdominal pain eliminated, hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(all P0.05),and the satisfaction degree in the observation group(97.26%) was higher than that in the control group(84.93%)(P0.05). Conclusion The effect of ulinastatin combined with octreotide treating SAP is definite with the very good synergy, and it can significantly reduced the level of serum inflammatory factors, significantly shorten the time of hospitalization, the prognosis is good.
