Title: Clinical application of Hemocoagulase for Injection in the treatment of craniocerebral trauma
Abstract: Objective: To study the hemostatic effect and safety of Hemocoagulase for Injection in the treatment of cranio cerebral trauma. Methods: 60 cases were randomly divided into treatment group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases), and they were treated with Hemocoagulase for Injection (1 U/time, 2 times/d, 2-3 d, intravenous drip) and Tranexamic Acid (1 g/ time, 2 times/d, 2-3 d, intravenous drip) respectively. The bleeding status and adverse reaction were observed. Results: The two groups showed no significant difference in hemostatic effect (P0.05), but the incidence rate of adverse reaction was lower in treatment group than that of control group (P0.05). Conclusion: It is an effective drug in the treatment of bleeding for patients with craniocerebral trauma, with more safety.
