Title: Efficacy of the Two Medication Ways of Hemocoagulase in the Treatment of Lower Gastrointestinal Bleeding
Abstract: Objective To investigate the effects of hemocoagulase in the treatment of lower gastrointestinal bleeding via retention enema.Methods Sixty-nine patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with the treatment group received hemocoagulase(2 units in 0.9% sodium chloride injection 100 ml) twice a day via retention enema.The control group were administrated with hemocoagulase injection(2 units in 0.9% sodium chloride injection 20 ml) twice a day intravenously.Both therapeutic courses were three days.Results Effective rates of the treatment group(88.6%) and the control group(61.8%) were significantly different(χ2=5.309,P0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effects of hemocoagulase medicated through the retention enema way among lower gastrointestinal bleeding patients are satisfiable and the procedure is simple,convenient and safe as well.
