Title: Application of C Reaction Protein in Acute Respiratory Infections
Abstract: Objective To discuss the application of C reaction protein(CRP) in treatment of acute respiratory infections.Methods Choosed 200 acute respiratory infections patients from Jan.2010 to Jan.2012 to detect blood routine after 72 h and amount of CRP,leukocyte,mycoplasma pneumoniae specificity antibody.Results The positive rate of CRP in infection group was 81.2%,the positive rate of leukocyte was 67.9% with significant difference with CRP 5mg / L,numeration of leukocyte 11.0 × 109/ L.Conclusion CRP can be as sensitive but not specific indicators to diagnosis acute respiratory infections.
